Rule Book

The goal of the game is simple. Win 2 races and you become champion. The game can be split in seasons. Each season has 3 important phases: the pre-race, the race and the post-race.

You can select your team principal from different backgrounds. They are the best in their field and this means that they could help your team: financially, mechanically, engineering-wise or politically. So, choose wisely, this could make the difference between the champions and the rest.

The pool of drivers is a vast one: from talented newcomers ready to prove their value, to the legends of the sport ready to write a new chapter in history. Being the manager, you have the privilege to pick your drivers based on your strategy or just on your hunch.

Before each race, based on how good your drives qualified you decide your strategy. Just keep in mind that race stoppages, rain and car malfunctions are the variables that no one can predict but you can take them into account.

You could think that when the race starts, you can relax and enjoy the spectacle. Unfortunately, you don't have that luxury. While you have the best drivers that the world has ever seen, you are the mastermind behind them. You set their pace and how much will they risk. You can go slow and steady or you can defy the laws of physics in order to reach the finish line as fast as possible. How much would you risk it?

The post-race has reduced adrenaline but is as important as the rest of the phases. Here, you as a manager, can get new drivers that become available. The only problem is that you have to outbid your rivals for them. Also, regulation changes take place where some upgrades from the car get discarded. If you are the master of negotiation, you can get the best deal, but you may have to influence the other players.
